The 61st International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale opens on 9 May 2026 under the title In Minor Keys, a curatorial project conceived by Koyo Kouoh, who passed away prematurely in May 2025. Realised by the team Kouoh herself had chosen, the exhibition is a collective act of fidelity to an irreplaceable vision.
